Tensions at the border/ Vucic makes the emergency move, the police surround the city (photo)

The Serbian Progressive Party, headed by Vucic, will hold a meeting today in Nikola Pasic Square in Belgrade, in front of the People's Assembly, announced as "the biggest meeting in the history of Serbia".

As of this morning, buses with supporters, who will be part of this meeting, have arrived in Belgrade.

The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vu?i?, has announced that he will speak at the meeting as the president of the country, not as the head of the party, and will offer new solutions and dialogue with those who think differently. He said that today's rally is not an SNS rally, nor is it an anti-SNS rally.

A large number of policemen and snipers are stationed on the roofs of the buildings around the Serbian Parliament, reports N1.

The police in civilian clothes are stationed in front of the Assembly. Government officials enter the National Assembly building from "Kosovska" street.

The leaders of the "For the Future of Montenegro" coalition, Milan Knezhevi? and Andrija Mandi?, will participate in tonight's meeting in Belgrade at the invitation of Vucic. Even Knezhevi? confirmed to Televizije Vijesti in a telephone conversation that he will speak at the protest.
