Gunshots in Vlora. The police clarified the details of the serious incident

A 36-year-old man from Selenica and Vlora escaped the bullets after being raped and threatened by two people, with criminal records, who demanded money from him.

Citizen E. Beqiraj was arrested, while his accomplice, citizen Julo Rrokaj, was declared wanted.

They shot a 36-year-old man, after they had threatened and raped him, in order to give them a sum of money, the 33-year-old man was caught and put in handcuffs, and his accomplice was declared wanted.

Both of these citizens, with a criminal record in the field of crimes against the person.

The Vlora Police Services, immediately after receiving the notification that in the village of Ramicë, 2 citizens had shot a 36-year-old man, organized the work in order to prevent a serious criminal event.

As a result of intensive searches and pursuit of the citizens who fired with firearms, it became possible to catch and arrest one of them in the act, namely the citizen:

-EB, 33 years old, resident of Vlora.

Also, the suspected co-author, citizen J. Rr., 30 years old, resident of Vlora, was declared wanted, for whose capture the work continues intensively.

It is suspected that these citizens, in cooperation with each other, have threatened and raped the citizen GL, 36 years old, who worked as a shepherd, in the village of Ramicë, in order to take a sum of money from him. Both of these citizens, after they did not receive the money requested by the 36-year-old, are suspected of having shot at him. The GL citizen was able to hide and escape the shooting.

The work continues under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, for the complete disclosure of the circumstances of this event.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Vlora Judicial District Court, for further actions, for the criminal offenses "Deliberate murder", remaining in the attempt, committed in cooperation, "Extortion by means of threats or violence to give property" and "Keeping without permission and the production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition".
