Two people were arrested in a bar around 12:00 in the neighborhood "30 Vjetori" in the city of Berat.

After the fight in the bar, Ilir Mamurani and 25-year-old E. Zoga went outside.

The 55-year-old man then took out his gun, firing several times in the air and terrified the residents of the neighborhood.
