Ohrid meeting - Kurti confirms the agreement: The Serbian side is running away from signing

The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has declared after the end of the meeting in Ohrid, for the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.

After the meeting, in his speech to the media, Kurti said that the Serbian side is running away from this agreement.

"We came to Ohrid to sign the basic agreement, with the implementation annex, we have reached a public agreement on the annex that will guide the implementation... the other side is running away from signing the agreement... As for the implementation annex, it will be published on the website of the European Union, namely the EAS, and there you will read and understand what is there and what is not," said the prime minister.

Kurti also emphasized that Serbia is running away from signing the part that would make the agreement internationally binding.

"We were ready on February 27, we were ready tonight on March 18... This is de-facto recognition between Kosovo and Serbia", Kurti said.
