Two days after SPAK issued 15 arrest warrants in connection with the investigations into Tirana's incinerator, a session on security measures is being held today at GJKKO.
Remember, arrest in prison has been requested for Lefter Koka, Alqi Bllakon, Mirel Mërtir, Klodian Zoto, Erjon Murataj, Bledar Karoli, Taulant Tusha, Namik Simixhiu, Jetmir Llapaj.
While house arrest has been requested for Alba Thoma, Valbona Ballgjini, Sidita Kopliku, Pëllumb Abeshi, Etleva Kondi, Sidita Tola.
According to SPAK, from the investigative actions carried out, it was found that during the procedure of granting the concession, as well as during the implementation phase of the concession contract worth over 128 million ALL concluded between the Ministry of Environment and the trading company "Integrated Energy BV SPV", actions were carried out in violation of the law, listing seven violations committed during this process.
The Special Prosecutor's Office informs that the investigations have shown that Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri, who are on the run, are the "de facto" owners of the company "Integrated Energy BV SPV" sh.pk , which won the concession contract "Construction of landfill, incinerator and the rehabilitation of the existing storage sites, Tirana".
