"The builder loses because he really raises the price because with the law of demand and supply, he reduces sales. The bank loses, which cannot finance the loan client, which is the middle class. We lose as intermediaries as sales are reduced. The consumer loses as they pay a higher price. So an unstudied increase hits all actors in the market. And worst of all, the economy is built on the belief that tomorrow will be better, and these oscillations hold it back. The psychology of the whole system starts and shrinks and this lowers the GDP and everything else," said Nela.
