As reflected in the investigative file provided by the ABC journalist, Ermal Vija, at this moment, numerous police forces have surrounded the area in Durrës and have also notified the police stations in the surrounding cities about a black car with the license plate "117". in which there was a kidnapped person.

It all lasted half an hour, and on the radio the policemen who were looking for the car, which could have Indrin Beqiraj in the trunk, were informed that he had gone to the Durrës Police Department, reporting that he had been taken hostage. Both brothers stated to the police that they knew the hostage takers, who according to them were people close to Aleksandër Laho, otherwise known as "Rrumi i Shijaku".

The file does not say the cause of the hostage-taking and the fight between them, but through this confession everything starts and the brothers offer themselves as repentant, dismantling the entire criminal group they were part of and from which they had received orders for at least four murders in Tirana and Durrës.

Sa i përket vrasjes së Geron Hasanbelliut dhe nipërve të tij, vëllezërit tregojnë se ajo ishte porosi nga Kasandër Noga në Belgjikë. Madje, në dosje thuhet se vëllezërit kishin nisur vëzhgimin e Hasanbelliut që rrinte në zonën e “Don Boskos” në Tiranë, por e kishin parë si “objektiv të vështirë” dhe prandaj nuk kishini vepruar.
