The State Police has clarified the details of the operation to arrest the perpetrator who allegedly killed 55-year-old Luan Hushi in Fushë-Kruje. 2 other citizens who helped the suspected author to cross the border to Greece have also been captured.

He tried to cross the border illegally, to the Greek state, in order to hide, after he shot and killed a 55-year-old man, the Police services, after 48 hours of searching, made it possible to locate, capture and arrest the 40-year-old.

The operation, carried out by the Special Operational Force of the DVP Durrës, in cooperation with the Krujë Police Station, the Sarandë Police Station and the Sarandë Border Police, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Krujë Judicial District Court. 

In handcuffs are also 2 other citizens who helped the suspected author to cross the border to Greece.

The Operational Services of the DVP Durres and the investigative structures of the Krujë Police Station, after 48 hours of research and follow-up with proactive methods, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office of the Judicial District of Krujë, to locate and capture the perpetrator of the 55-year-old's murder with a firearm, did possible to locate the suspected author of the event in Konispol of Saranda yesterday evening.

Thanks to the organization of the coded police operation "Horizonti", developed by the Special Operational Force of DVP Durrës, in cooperation with the Krujë Police Station, the Sarandë Police Station and the Sarandë Border Police, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Krujë Judicial District Court, in Konispol of Saranda, the Police services caught and arrested the citizen:

-KK, 40 years old, for the criminal offenses "Murder" and "Unauthorized possession of firearms and military ammunition".

In addition, the police services, together with the 40-year-old, caught and arrested red-handed, for the criminal offense "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime", the citizens: LK, 25 years old and L. Gj., 30 years old, who were accompanying and helped the suspected author to leave through the green border to the Greek state.
