"To be honest, I saw the economic parameters. I will not develop such a project in France, Germany or England. I think these economies are bloated, business opportunities are small, there is a long bureaucracy. But if you look at Albania, and as I said, you were the first or second country for tourism growth and economic growth. So, I am looking for an economy that is developing, I have negotiated this contract in these two years and every year, it has shown me that you are doing better than any other country", he emphasized.
