The Administrative Court overturned the decision of the Commissioner for Protection from Discrimination, against Pastor Akil Pano, regarding the initiative of the LGBT community that sought to replace parents with the terms Parent 1 and Parent 2.
Lawyer Altin Goxhaj announces that in today's trial, the Commissioner's decision to "shut up the people who spoke against this initiative, to replace mother and father with the terms Parent 1 and Parent 2" was overturned.
The Administrative Court has considered illegal the decision to "shut up the Pastor", overturning the Commissioner's decision.
"The trial was won! Today the family won! Today Mom and Dad won against Parent 1 and Parent 2. Freedom of Speech, Conscience and Faith won today! Today all Albanians who believe in GOD, FAMILY & NATION won. The glory belongs to God", writes the Pastor.
