The police in a 'flash' operation seized 260 packages and 46 bags of contraband goods, the 43-year-old suffered badly

One person was arrested and three others were processed at large within the police operation coded "Postal packages".

The administrator of a private post office, 43-year-old A.Sh, was put in handcuffs after, during the inspection of the post office warehouses in Linza, the police services found and seized, as material evidence, 260 packages and 46 bags of various goods without invoices accompanying tax or customs declaration for the origin of the goods.

Following the controls, several packages with the logo of another post office were also found, not equipped with invoices or customs declarations.

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that the seized goods were smuggled into Albania.

Meanwhile, the citizens DP, 27 years old, EM, 46 years old, and MS, 18 years old, were processed. Citizen A. Gj., 38 years old, administrator of another private post office, has been declared wanted.

The operation was finalized by the Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes.
