"The lack of human resources on the eve of the tourist season is a repeated situation. Eyes have turned to the recruitment of employees abroad, through recruitment companies, even though the procedures take time and have costs. There has been demand for Bangladeshi workers who are often not acclimatised to the work. A business in Llogara stated that 3 of the workers from Bangladesh had run away at night without notifying the owner. According to him, they used their arrival in Albania to go to European countries", said Macaj.
