New details are revealed about the author of the injury of his wife, Marjola Myrtollari, Aleko Myrtollari. He surrendered yesterday evening. The author of the injury remained hidden in several apartments of his relatives in the villages of Korça until he handed himself over to the police.

The police managed to locate his location after checking the homes of the 46-year-old's family members. It was the relatives of the perpetrator of the crime who convinced Myrtollari to surrender.

During the interrogation by the police, Aleko Myrtollari stated that the conflict with his wife Marjola happened because the latter did not want to work.

He asked him to start working, while his wife told him that she did not want to, and asked Aleko to work on her own to support the children and the family.

According to him, this was the reason that the conflict worsened and ended in the serious injury of the 38-year-old woman, who continues to be in a serious state of health in the Tirana hospital.

Marjola Myrtollari, mother of 3 children, was seriously injured by the man's stabbing. She was transported by helicopter to the Trauma hospital for more specialized treatment as her condition worsened.
