Journalist Basir Çollaku said in a television studio that SPAK has more information about judges and prosecutors who are in the system and who are part of the investigations. Under these conditions, he said that it will be very difficult for the Special Prosecutor's Office to act since it is also about their partners.
SPAK issued 11 arrest warrants following an operation completed on Monday.
"There is something I do not understand very well from SPAK. They know thousands of times better than us that judges, prosecutors, who are in the system, who are part of this investigation, they will receive the files for decision-making later, then how will they punish these partners? Should we start the internal cleaning once, so that when we have a case to make a decision, we don't have any embarrassment," said Çollaku.
