After high temperatures, the country is "invaded" by the long-awaited rains, the possibility of large local storms, this is when the weather is predicted to improve

The cold front has reached Albania during the night and morning with local storms in many coastal areas and locally in other areas as well. Temperatures have dropped slightly in Kosovo as well, but the rains are coming.

In the future, we expect to have quite strong developments of dense and convective clouds, especially in the slightly later hours of the afternoon and in the evening and during the night.

In some places, there may be the development of quite powerful storms with very intense downpours, massive lightning and thunder that can also cause problems and transient floods.

Strong storms and fairly intense downpours are predicted in the territory of the Presheva Valley and the area of ??Kumanovo in North Macedonia. Normally also in other areas and these storms will be of a local character.

The rain will continue during the night in many parts of Kosovo and in some parts of Albania and North Macedonia.

Monday will also be unstable with locally intense showers moving more to Dukagjin, Macedonia and Albania. From Tuesday, gradual improvement of the weather.
