Journalist Ferdinand Dervishi has revealed the dark criminal past of one of the persons arrested by the SPAK action where 11 arrest warrants were issued, where the former Deputy Director of the Tirana Police, Erzen Breçani, Dedan Gjoni, Chief of Crimes in Police station number 6, Besmir Murati and Bujar (Ajazi) Germizi, a well-known name in the world of crime in Kukës.

During an interview, Dervishi gave details of how in 1999 Bujar Germizi was involved in a criminal event and how he organized the robbery of the bank where he worked.

 "A character called Bujar Germizi, who was arrested, caught my attention. This man in 1999 is the author of a very serious criminal history. Being the director of the bank guards himself and responsible for the transfer of a sum of money from Kukësi to Hasi, he organizes the robbery of these, puts hoods on their heads together with two others, takes the money, hits the police officers, but in the meantime the police van arrives that should have been very close but was surprisingly not close that day.

It is thought that the policemen were also part of the agreement, but one of the policemen apparently had no agreement in this story and shot and killed two of the people who were robbing the bank and injured Bujar Germiz. The wounded Bujar Germizi manages to get 80 million old lek, leaves for Kosovo, where he is arrested and much later extradited.

His brother-in-law was also killed there, he left his brother-in-law killed and took the money, valued it more than his brother-in-law and ran away. This is Bujari, an element that is not there for the first time, and it is not surprising that it is included in this story. "Very little has been punished because of the justice system we have had so far," Dervishi said.
