The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, organized a rally in Belgrade today after signing the order for the country's military preparedness.

During his speech to the protesters, Vucic, who is trying to use the situation for his political interests, said that today's action by the Kosovo Special Forces seems to have been planned and as a response he announced a meeting of the Security Council the next day .

He also criticized the QUINT states, saying that if they had intervened, the situation would not have reached the state it is in now.
"Today, as if they were waiting for this day, for a large number of men from the north to come to Belgrade, to attack the municipal buildings in Zubin Potok, Zveçan and Leposavic," said Vucic, among other things.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia, Ivica Dacic, also participated in the rally, who claimed that Kosovo is trying to occupy Serbian municipalities by force, while adding that they will not surrender for Kosovo.
"We will not give up on Kosovo, we will not give up Serbia, our children" - declared Dacic.
