Shocking event, a one-and-a-half-year-old child falls from the balcony of the building

A little boy about 1.5 years old fell from the first floor balcony of his apartment in Zevgolatio, Korinthia.
According to preliminary information, an ambulance was immediately called to the scene, which took the child and transported him to the General Hospital of Corinth.

There he was given first aid by the medical and nursing staff. Then it was deemed necessary to transfer him to the "Aggia Sofia" Children's Hospital.

His condition remains critical.

The boy underwent an operation at the "Agia Sophia" Children's Hospital, which was rushed yesterday, to treat the severe brain damage he suffered, while he still has a severe chest injury from the fall, according to ERT.

The little boy fell from the first floor balcony onto a concrete surface. Initially, the child was sent by EKAV ambulance to Corinth Hospital. He received first aid, but it was deemed necessary to transfer him to the Athens Children's Hospital.
