"Criminal money has been pumped into construction", experts reveal how many years it takes a family to buy an apartment

Experts estimate that an Albanian family needs 50 to 60 years to buy a house, while in Switzerland it takes 11 years.

Sipas raportit, nga RAD e dërguara përgjithësisht vazhdojnë të
mbizotërojnë tipologjitë që lidhen me:

− Blerje të pasurive të paluajtshme apo të luajtshme me burim të panjohur të fondeve;

− Transferta të dyshimta apo me anomali të dukshme;

− Veprime nga persona të dyshuar si të përfshirë në veprimtari kriminale të mëparshme;

- Loans/sponsorships/donations to/from third parties, which are apparently fictitious;

- Cash deposits with an unjustified source of income;

- Transactions not supported by documentation or other data
