Journalist Dorina Azo in a television interview talked about the increase in the price of references for housing. She has discovered which are the most expensive and cheapest areas in Tirana

"With the decision that was approved in the official notebook in July, prices have changed for the 32 cadastral areas of Tirana and for five municipalities in Tirana, including Dajti, Kashar, Farka, Petrela and Preza.

Reference prices have increased from 5 to 76%, while in the 5 municipalities of Tirana the increase varies from 20-60%, where 60% is the largest increase recorded in the Farka area. This translates into the same value in the building tax paid by the citizens, because the tax is calculated on the value of the apartment", said journalist Dorina Azo.
