Journalist Elton Qyno has stated that the Department of Neutralization of Armed Elements, commonly known by its acronym RENEA, have exercised control at the house of Alkesnadër Lahos alias Pëllumb Muharremi (Rrumi). Invited to a television studio, Qyno said that his house was invaded by three counties because there was a fear that there could be a reaction to the police officers.
"The police and the prosecutor's office have started investigations and it has turned out that the apartment in Rrumit i Shijaku was checked by RENEA and intervened in the three districts because it was feared that there might be a reaction against the police. Their testimony has confirmed several criminal events that have taken place until today," said Qyno, among other things.
