The criminalistics expert, Artan Rexhepi, says that the event that happened in "Don Bosco" with an innocent victim and 6 others injured, will be clarified. Invited to Report TV, in the show 'Studio Live' with journalist Arbër Hitaj, Rexhepi said that it has turned out that many times the events are related to Ervis Martinaj, they become clear after the police infiltrated this criminal group.

"When the events related to Martinaj, the events are revealed. There are files, the police managed to have people infiltrate Martinaj's group, there may be a lack of attention for his opponents, but a zeal from Ervis Martinaj's group, and not so much for the rivals", he said.

Based on these criminal events and the tactics used by the perpetrators, i.e. the same scheme, which ends with a burnt car and the perpetrator missing, Rexhepi says that the time has come for the State Police to have a helicopter in its yard with snipers to be ready whenever there are such events.

"Monitoring should be done from the air, with a drone, maybe the time has come to have a helicopter with a sniper ready, the moment the event happens, the helicopter takes off," said the expert.
The murder, the expert says, was not at all by a professional author. And under these conditions, the expert suggests that in the case of injury to innocent persons, who are not targets, the Criminal Code should be toughened.

"There is no professionalism in that event on the part of the perpetrators. "A wounding of a person who is not a target in the Criminal Code is punishable as murder," he said.
