Cultivated cannabis in the apartment, the Court of Tirana takes the decision for the singer Enca Haxhiaj

The court of Tirana has set the mandatory appearance measure for the singer Ruenca Haxhiaj, known by the stage name Enca.

The singer was arrested after several vases where cannabis sativa was cultivated were found during the search of her apartment in Lundre.

The defense claimed that the stay with a more serious measure is not necessary as it does not pose a risk to evade the investigation.

They considered the arrest illegal, since there was no arrest warrant from the court but only on the initiative of the Judicial Police Officers. The defense stated in the session that the planting of the plant was done out of curiosity.
