KPA comes out with the latest notification for the dismissal of the judge of Appeal

The Special Board of Appeal has upheld the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission for the dismissal of the Judge of Appeal Nure Dreni.
The judging panel of the Special Appeals Panel, consisting of Natasha Mulaj chairperson, Rezarta Schuetz relator, Albana Shtylla, Mimoza Tasi, Sokol Çomo members, announced the decision on case (JR) no. 46/2020, dated 19.10.2020, concerning the appeal of the subject of the reassessment Nure Dreni against the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission no. 263, dated 17.06.2020.
At the end of the trial in the counseling room, the panel, based on article 66, point 1, letter "a" of law no. 84/2016, "On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania", decided by a majority of votes :
1. The enforcement of decision no. 263, dated 17.06.2020 of the Independent Qualification Commission, which belongs to the subject of the Nure Dreni revaluation.
2. This decision is final and has immediate effect.'- KPA announces.
