Jurist: The system was hit hard by the Justice Reform

Jurist Jordan Daci, invited to the "Real Story" studio, stated that the system suffered a strong blow from the Justice Reform. According to him, this is the first time where justice produces injustice and perhaps this should serve the judges and prosecutors.

"The justice system suffered a strong blow from the reform, because it suffered a blow to human resources. So, we are not discussing whether they deserve it or not, a large part deserved to leave, even when there was a part where you shouldn't leave and they left wrongly. However, like any reform, this is the first time where justice produces injustice, and perhaps this should serve these judges and prosecutors that as long as they are in office, when they convict others, they may also unintentionally do injustice. They should also increase the dose of care for people and humanity. The problem is very simple. I think that apart from SPAK that will do its own duty, whether we like it or not, because it is obliged to do it and there are indications that it can do it and why it is half of what we expect from them. I think a bigger solution is the political solution. If Albania will not be separated from a fat legacy of 30 years in all parameters without exception, I think that what we are suffering is a process of this legacy", said Daci.
