Journalist Ben Andoni was this Wednesday invited to "Now with Erla Mëhillin" to talk about the meeting between the two prime ministers, Albin Kurti and Aleksandër Vucic.

According to him, there is a lack of will on both sides to reach an agreement. He also said that unfortunately Kosovo is still under foreign administration and must report twice a year to the Security Council, which according to him can be used by Russia to show the obstacles to state formation.

"There is a problem that both sides are guilty, they are stuck in two articles. In article 4, Serbia is obliged not to hinder Kosovo in any attempt for membership and integration, it is also article 7 that is related to the association. Both sides are unwilling to do it.

Serbia, for its part, has emphasized that it does not simply not recognize Kosovo, not only because of the continuous mistakes of Kosovo's politics, Kosovo has exceeded the resolution. Unfortunately, Kosovo is still under foreign administration and is obliged to report to the Security Council twice a year. At this moment, Russia can use all the elements to show the obstacles to the formation of the state", Andoni said.
