Who is Vlora Hyseni?

Vlora Hyseni has led KIA for four months. She was in charge of the highest security and intelligence institution in Kosovo since December 2020, when director Kreshnik Gashi was dismissed, until April 2021, when Petrit Ajeti was appointed to the position of director. From the little information that is known about her, Hyseni is described as an expert and very well versed in security issues and international relations. She speaks several foreign languages. In February 2019, Vlora Hyseni was appointed deputy director of the Kosovo Intelligence Agency. Previously, she was the director for external relations at KIA.

Presidenti i Republikës është i detyruar të marrë informacionet e plota pranë institucioneve të Republikës së Kosovës mbi arsyet e largimit të saj nga të gjitha pozicionet në shërbimet e inteligjencës së Republikës së Kosovës. Për këtë Presidenti i Republikës ka detyrimin të bëjë transparencë për opinionin publik dhe të informoj edhe Kuvendin e Shqipërisë mbi çdo informacion që do të sigurojë. Siguria kombëtare e Shqipërisë është ngushtësisht e lidhur me sigurinë kombëtare të Kosovës. SHIK nuk mund të jetë kurrë institucion nën kontrollin personal të Edi Ramës, me përzgjedhje personale të tij dhe pa asnjë argument që siguron pavarësinë e Shërbimit Informativ Kombëtar dhe ushtrimin prej tij me profesionalizëm e paanësi të misionit të mbrojtjes së sigurisë kombëtare”, shkruan Bardhi.
