He staged the murder of his wife, the well-known journalist reveals how many years Naim Murseli can be sentenced to prison

Journalist Vullnet Krasniqi said in an interview for "Good morning Albanians" that Naim Murseli can only be sentenced to 15 years for staging the murder of his wife, Liridona Ademajt.

The journalist explained that Murseli is accused of aiding and abetting the crime, not of cooperation, and in these conditions his punishment is expected to be lighter compared to the scale of the crime, if he is found guilty.

"It is a very big difference. It must be seen whether Murseli will be accused of complicity or only of inciting the crime, because if you read the prosecutor's file that has been published, there are some details. For example, he says that Naim Murseli met a week ago with his nephew, who is a member of the FSK, and explained to him that he has some problems with his wife. According to the prosecutor's file, the grandson told him that he did this work for him. Nowhere, at no time is it said that he ordered it, nor that he would commit the murder, so these terms are not used in the indictment and this is the main risk that Murseli can only end up with 15 years of imprisonment," Krasniqi said.
