In recent days, a video went viral in the media as a 31-year-old gave a minor, cigarettes with the narcotic drug cannabis, filmed and posted the video on the Tik Tok social network.
The investigative structures of DVP Lezhë, immediately after the publication of this video, started verifications for the identification of the citizen appearing in the video and made his arrest possible.
From the quick investigative actions, the citizen Gëzim Avdi (Kalia), 31 years old, resident of Patok, Kurbin, was identified.
The 31-year-old, who was seen on video using hashish with a minor child, has been admitted to a mental health hospital. According to the medical report, he appears to have mental health problems. Based on this report, the Lezha court decided to commit him to a psychiatric hospital. Among other things, the person in question stated that it is a montage.
The 31-year-old, a resident of Patok Kurbin, has been charged with "Encouraging the use of drugs", a criminal offense punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
