The court left him in prison again, Artan Hoxha shows the evidence he has for the Beleri case

The Court of Appeal of GJKKO left Fredi Beleri in prison again, who is accused of buying votes for the May 14 elections. 

Artan Hoxha gave some details of Beler's stay in the cell. 

Invited to the show "Te Paespozuarit" on MCN TV, Hoxha stated that there is video evidence for Beler, but the prosecutors have not filed it yet as they are not obliged to do so at the investigation stage. The journalist added that he has seen these videos. 

"This case has passed three different courts. The Court of Vlora, GJKKO and GJKKO of Appeal. All three have left the same decision and approved the actions carried out by the prosecutor.

 The part that is illegal and there was a lack of evidence, there are three courts that have held this version. It is said that they were kept in abnormal, almost inhumane conditions. They have been in hospital conditions.

Pandeli Kokaveshi, from the first moment, was kept in hospital conditions. He was under medical care the whole time. However, the court has assessed that he will continue to be under investigation, only the security measure has changed. Pandeli Kokaveshi has been forced to appear, in order to have better health care.

Second, Mr. Beleri continues to be in the prison hospital, that is, in hospital conditions.
