Kemi ardhur këtu për të folur për çështjen Beleri dhe do t’i referohemi asaj. Në Greqi sigurisht ai që dënohet me formë të prerë dhe të parevokueshme nga Gjykata patjetër që arrestohet. Por ama ka një dënim, ka një vendim dënimi, nuk është se dikush mbahet në paraburgim. Nëse nuk kemi dyshimin e arsyeshëm se ata do të ikin, do të lëvizin nga vendi që janë mbajtur, ose kanë potencialin që të kryejnë vepra penale të tjera, ose të jenë në gjendje të ndryshojnë provat që janë në çështje penale. Dhe ne për sa i përket çështjes Beleri, shpjeguam se ai nuk është në gjendje të bëjë asnjë nga këto të tria. Kemi ardhur për të folur vetëm për çështjen Beleri dhe vetëm për këtë çështje do të flasim”, tha ai.
