The largest Greek newspaper "Protothema" has written an article with a racist title with distorted facts about Kosovo.

An article with distorted facts with the title "How the holy place in Serbia became habitable with 90% of the Albanian population", was made by the Greek media, where according to them it is shown how Kosovo was Serbia and was populated by Albanians in the Middle Ages.

The article states that "Kosovo represents the most sacred part of the Serbian land, as it was the core of the Serbian state during the Middle Ages and that the founder of the medieval state of Serbia, Stefanos Nemanija (1113 - 1199), was buried in Studenica, who also founded the Monastery of Hilandari, on the ruins of an older monastery and was declared a saint by the Serbs".

"In 1690 during the Second Austro-Turkish War (1683 – 1699), after the unfortunate end of the great Austrian-instigated Serbian uprising, the revolted population was forced to emigrate to avoid Turkish reprisals. After the escape of the Serbs, the settlement of the Albanians lasted many years and was favored by the Ottoman authorities. The reasons for the Ottoman policy were clear: on the one hand, they weakened the mountain populations that were the strongholds, and on the other hand, they gained cultivators and workers.

At the same time, these movements led to the mixing of populations and the separation of national groups. During the Ottoman rule, Serbs and Albanians coexisted in Kosovo without particular problems, despite the fact that the organized bodies of the Turkalvans carried out attacks against the Christian population.
