The tendency to cultivate cannabis in some areas of the country has made Chief Police Officer Muhamet Rrumbullaku alarmed by the situation.

It was the first flights of the Italian Guarda di Finanza plane that found the presence of narcotic plants and tending to cultivation.

Euronews Albania learns that the most problematic district has turned out to be Lezha, which is currently under command director Alfred Elezin.

The coordinates for other areas have been given by the Guarda di Finanza specialists who have started controlling the territory for more than a month.

In the meeting where all the police directors in the districts and the chiefs of police stations from all over Albania were present, Rrumbullaku also left other orders for order and public security.
