What happened to Gjolena's car? The cocaine laboratory in Fier, the conversations of the members of the group are revealed

The interceptions of the Special Prosecutor's Office revealed the role of 11 people involved in the trafficking of 430 kg of cocaine that arrived in Albania from Colombia hidden in chemical fertilizer.

Sources from SPAK confirmed for ABC, that the investigators have placed interceptors in the vehicle owned by Nikolin Gjolen, who is also described as a financier of the criminal group.

From the recorded conversations, it appears that the 34-year-old Gjolena talks with the other members of the group about the monetary gains they would make from the amount of cocaine. 

In Saturday's hearing, which took place behind closed doors, 34-year-old Gjolena, through his lawyer, denied involvement in cocaine trafficking. Even the orderer of the chemical fertilizer, Viktor Cervanaku, claimed that he had no knowledge that the cargo contained a quantity of 430 kg of cocaine. The other arrested persons have taken the same position.

Some of the lawyers asked the court for lighter security measures with the claim that the Prosecutor's Office did not conduct an expert report that proves that the chemical fertilizer is mixed with cocaine. In the end, judge Erjon Bani confirmed the arrest measures in prison for the 10 arrested.

According to the prosecutor's office, in more than three months, these people were kept under observation and it is proven that they trafficked the amount of cocaine.

In addition to the arrested and the Colombian who has been declared wanted, there are doubts that there are also other people involved in this in the role of financiers who live outside Albania.
