A young mother tragically lost her life during the surgical birth of her third child in Berat.

The lawyer Eranda Gjonaj reacted to this incident, who says that the fault is not the hospital's, but the doctor's who performed the intervention.

 "In my judgement, all the circumstances must be taken into account. Despite the fact that legally the fault rests with the hospital, in my judgment the fault is individual and all the cases that were followed individually by the same doctor should be looked at because the report can be made against the person himself," said Gjonaj.

The operation went through difficulties and struggles, until the condition of the woman after giving birth only worsened. So they were forced to leave for Italy, hoping that Miljeta Sadushi would find a cure, but unfortunately she did not manage to survive. Miljeta died leaving behind her husband and three small children at home.
