Dumani and Kraja meeting with the authorities in Montenegro, important details from the conversation are disclosed

The Head of the Special Prosecution, Altin Dumani, together with the Head of the International Cooperation and Joint Investigations Sector, Arben Kraja, were present today in a bilateral meeting in Podgorica, Montenegro, with the Prosecutor General of Montenegro , Milorad Markovic, and the Chief Prosecutor of the Special Prosecutor's Office of Montenegro, Vladimir Novovi?.

In the meeting with the Chief Prosecutor of the Special Prosecutor's Office of Montenegro, special importance was given to the discussions on strengthening the cooperation between the two countries, facilitating the exchange of information and best experiences, the proposal for the creation of Joint Investigation Teams, with aim to have a more coordinated and successful approach in the fight against organized crime and corruption.

The head of the Special Prosecution, Altin Dumani, made a presentation of the Structure of the Special Prosecution, and SPAK's indicators, to the investigation of organized crime and corruption. Also, Mr. Altin Dumani addressed the practice already followed by this institution, regarding the parallel initiation of property and/or financial investigation, for any investigation related to organized crime and corruption.
