The well-known lawyer Genc Gjokutaj has reacted again regarding the situation created in the Democratic Party, where Enkelejd Alibeaj and Lulzim Basha claim to be its presidents, while the vast majority of Democrats, including the chairman of the Central Election Commission Ilirjan Celibashi, are of the opinion that the chairman the real DP is Sali Berisha.

"One "de facto" makes hundreds of "de jure", but hundreds of "de jure" cannot conceive a "de facto"!", Gjokutaj ironizes in his reaction through social networks.

Earlier, the lawyer would also react regarding the decision of the Central Electoral Commission, recognizing Lulzim Basha as the chairman of the DP.
