Lawyer Saimir Vishaj, invited to the "Black and White" show, said that what has brought reforms in justice is a self-governance of institutions.

" Today, what has brought in the framework of a reform in justice is self-governance. Today SPAK does not depend on the General Prosecutor, just as the Court against Corruption no longer depends on the former KLD.

They have their own bodies and manage to control the claims of the parties," said the lawyer first.

Vishaj emphasized that today SPAK can receive information from partner countries by going directly and no longer through official channels that were delayed by 6 months or a year.

" SPAK has very good reports. They no longer wait for the information to come through official channels that were delayed, but go straight and get the proof directly. This is the innovation we won today," he said.

Regarding the fact that we have the quality and capacity of prosecutors and judges for justice as we want, Vishaj said yes, but he also sees some other problems.

According to him, the first problem is the way the new head of SPAK was chosen, since according to him he is only a manager, and the second is that people should learn that SPAK only deals with 5 works.

" We have the dough and the capacity. Prosecutors who are in SPAK have not started work today. I see some problems.
