Invited to the studio, the lawyer of former chief prosecutor Adriatik Llalla, Sokol Hazizaj said that referring to the law, Dako risks up to 7 years in prison, so he said that the decision of the measure 'prison arrest' was not found, but it remains for the court.
"It is still unclear even for them for which suspicions he was detained as a security measure against the court of first instance. This measure is not only for abuse of office. Dako is accused of abuse of office, in relation to a building built in the center of the city of Durrës, the building which suffered great damage from the 2019 earthquake.
