The lawyers and the defendant fail the trial for the Elbasan incinerator

It has failed for the second time in the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime, the preliminary hearing with the defendants for the Elbasan incinerator. The reason was the absence of 2 lawyers and one of the defendants.
SPAK has closed the investigations and sent for trial 10 defendants and 2 companies, namely the accused Lefter Koka, Alqi Blako, Etleva Kondi, Jonida Zeqo, Pëllumb Abeshi, Bardhul Çabiri, Serafin Papa, Mirel Mërtiri, Klodian Zoto, Stela Gugallja and 2 companies the company "Albtek Energy" sh.pk and the company "Integrated Technology Services" sh.pk
This Wednesday, for the second time, the development of the preliminary session was planned, where the black squads of the Special Court would decide whether the SPAK file would go to trial or not. A day before, the preliminary hearing in charge of the 20 defendants for the Fier incinerator also failed for the third time at the GJKKO. For the case in question, the cause was the claims of some of the accused that they were not notified according to the procedure.
