Justice witnesses claim that they created all the conditions for the assassination, such as renting a house, securing a vehicle that would be used in the event, but the murder was carried out by Kevin Zeneli Suci, one of Kassander Noga's most trusted men. . For these circumstances testified by the repentant brothers, the prosecutors demand the testimony of the author of the Sanatorium massacre, as they consider it necessary for the progress of the investigation.

So far, the Austrian authorities have not responded to the letter of the Albanian prosecution. while the investigations continue for the arrest of Kevin Zeneli, who has been declared internationally wanted, not only for the massacre but also for the failed assassination attempt in Belgium against Erjon Hasanbelli.
