Association for Serbs in Kosovo, Vu?i?: The demands of the Albanians are nonsense

The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vu?i?, has called the demands of Albanian politicians from the Preševo ??Valley, who seek an Association of Albanian municipalities in the south of Serbia, namely reciprocity in relation to the rights that Serbs have in Kosovo, as stupid.

During his stay in Vranje, Vu?i? commented on the demands of Albanian representatives in the Valley, to have reciprocity with the rights given to Serbs in Kosovo, also regarding the Association.

"These are so stupid that I am speechless and as you can see I am saying this in front of the Albanians," said Vucic.

At the same time, he emphasized that his door is open to all Albanians living in this area.

As Serbian media write, Vucic told the Albanian politicians of this side that "it would be good for them to understand that the most important thing is not their political survival and political points, but how people can live better".

He emphasized that he has never received an answer as to how it is possible that since the establishment of the monoethnic Albanian government, the means in the budget are divided in the ratio of 85:15 in favor of the Albanian community, while for years it was 60:40.

For this, as he said, Albanian politicians are silent.

He added that the 7-point plan, the implementation of which the Albanians demand, will be resolved, but that it is not the fault of the state alone that this plan does not move forward.

As for the negotiations with Kosovo and the Franco-German plan, Vu?i? has insisted that what was signed before, namely the Association of Serb-majority municipalities, "which the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, insistently rejects" must be respected.
