Art in mourning/ A great loss for Albania, the talented actor from Shkodran has passed away

The actor Lekë Mosi, part of the Professional Estrada troupe of Saranda, has passed away at the age of 98.

Mosi was a talented actor but also a man full of values, respected in the city of Saranda where he spent a large part of his life and left his mark on the artistic life of the coastal city.

The director of the Institute of Albanian Orphans, Ilir Çumani, gave the sad news.

"Leka was a loved character for his fellow citizens in Saranda and Shkodër, where he was from and where he spent the last years of his life.

He was a rare friend to anyone who was lucky enough to know him closely, he was a good family man and an artist who with his acting has left an indelible mark on the artistic life of Saranda and beyond, sculpting beautifully and we have types and characters that will not be forgotten by the Sarandi public and beyond.

With his death forever, the family lost the most beloved man, Teacher Klorinda lost her good and exemplary husband, children Marku and Terezina, compassionate, loving and devoted father, grandchildren and a little compassionate grandfather.

His endless friends and well-wishers have lost a rare friend and friend…
