Journalist Anduena Llabani told "Top Story" some of the details about the investigation that was done for Vangjush Dako, a situation which led to his arrest.
According to her, SPAK's decision on the arrest is delayed, meanwhile there are materials that the USA has brought about the person declared non grata by them.
"The matter has been closed. While we learn that there are materials brought from the USA, this is the reason why SPAK's request for his arrest has been delayed. The decision for Dako is justice delayed. Earlier in Durrës, an investigation was started about the damaged buildings, why at that time Vangjush Dako was left out.
It went nowhere, no one talked about the responsibility these officials had for the buildings that took lives. Wasn't Dako responsible for these permits? The file for which the head of SPAK has investigated, are materials that have not only come from abroad, since the declaration non grata, there is also a property investigation that has started for him.
