This game ends when Kurt falls from power. The last time they did something like this to Albini, Kosovo went to early elections, where Albini won alone.

If Albini fell as a victim, he would emerge as the only winner. The Americans have no chance to topple him, as the only option is the parliament, where Albini is more powerful than ever.

There is no way for America to attract a group of deputies, since this group, one of the opposition forces, must take over the division of Kosovo, because it will then go to division.
