At the end of the interrogation by SPAK, former general Vladimir Qirjazi spoke to the media saying that former Minister of Defense Gazmend Oketa asked him to sign papers for the privatization of the former club Partizani.
"I stand by the version that I performed a legal procedure as a citizen of this country. At any time that I would be given the opportunity to work for the state, I would do the same thing that only has to do with the laws and the strengthening of the Albanian state. I have declared that work practice that I have done with all my vertical, horizontal line staff and my subordinates so that everything was in accordance with the laws. I don't know what was done later.
I was asked about the period I was commander of logistics support from July 2008 to September 2009 when I transferred to the Armed Forces. I have used the scientific/legal practice with my superiors and the addiction line. No one asked for my signature, the signature was requested by a letter from the Authority of the Ministry of Defense. At that time, the minister of defense was Gazmend Oketa", said Qirjazi.
