For 4-5 people needed

4 thela chicken meat

3 tablespoons corn flour

2 tablespoons butter or olive oil

1 carrot

3-4 cloves of garlic

4-5 tablespoons yogurt

Preparation

As a start, AgroWeb.org instructs you to clean the chicken legs with running water and then place them in a pot where you have added a little olive oil, minced carrot and a little fresh butter.

Cook for 1-2 minutes on both sides, add salt and cover well with water.

Let simmer until the chicken is tender.

Meanwhile, in a pan, add the olive oil and add the corn flour. With a wooden spoon, mix it until it turns golden.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove the stalks from the pot and set aside.

Add a little chicken broth to the corn flour and mix it constantly, so that no grains form.
