Albin Kurti warns: I will review all decisions given by Hoti, his unconstitutional government

Albin Kurti warns: I will review all decisions given by Hoti, his

While Kosovo is in a tense election campaign situation, the leader of Vetëvendosje Movement and the candidate for prime minister from this party, Albin Kurti, gave a strong statement yesterday, about what we can expect from a government created by the party his. "Among the first decisions we will take, not to mention the first decision as a new government, will be the review of the decisions of this government, which from the beginning has been illegal and which the Constitution declared illegal and unconstitutional. "I think we will reverse most of those decisions and reject them," Kurti said. This statement comes even though the Constitutional Court in its decision has clarified that any decision taken by the Hoti government will be in force and that the decision to declare the government illegitimate has no retroactive effect. Albin Kurti, among others, has promised support for children and families with low annual incomes, as well as 1,000 thousand scholarships for female students, especially in technical fields. The campaign of Kurti and the acting president, Vjosa Osmani has continued in Obiliq where they have promised a better life in the next four years, as well as a government without corruption. The head of LVV also clarified the non-acceptance of invitations which were made to him for TV debates. He has explained that he can not debate with parties aiming for second place, while he is clear that LVV is the winner of first place. "First of all, these are the first post-war elections that are a referendum, where the popular majority will become a parliamentary majority and we are in a position where the state has never been more caught than now. I believe the race for second place, "It is completely different," said Kurti. According to him, the race is already for second place, so he will not debate with the candidates of other parties. "They did not say that the state is caught, they did not say that the elections are a referendum and it has never been a situation like now. Kosovo is at a crossroads where it could fail as a state if it does not make the change that its citizens want. We have always been the ones who debated, in the Assembly and outside it, people are already recognizing us. "It is not a debate when we did it against them, like them, the multimillionaires who want to prevent us from returning to government", declared Kurti. The candidate for prime minister has also made a brief presentation on the composition of the government he will chair. "In the government we had, we had 15 ministries.

CEC on uncertified candidates

The spokesman of the Central Election Commission, Valmir Elezi, explains that the votes for the candidates of political entities, who are not certified by the Central Election Commission for the early parliamentary elections of February 14, will not be entered in the Candidate Results Forms. Consequently, despite the possibility that the numbers and names of uncertified candidates may receive a certain number of votes, they will not be legally formalized. This will also apply to the leader of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Albin Kurti, who goes on to say that he is the holder of the list of this political entity, as well as to two other candidates of this entity, who have not been certified by the CEC. Non-certification of candidates from this institution is also in some of the other political entities, which are competing in the February 14 elections.

But Vetëvendosje Movement continues to invite citizens to vote for Kurti, saying that this is the right of voters if they want to do so and that such an action does not harm Vetëvendosje Movement.
