The lawyer, Spartak Ngjela, discussing the politics and the upcoming elections, said that the votes are taken by the one who has money, so according to him, the vote will always be bought.
"I have many individuals who say to me: Why should we go to the polls, when our vote is not counted ?! "They have been seeing the same people and the same conversation for eight years", said Ngjela.
During the interview with Eno Popin, Ngjela revolts, when it comes to who we should vote in these elections, he thinks that neither Rama nor Basha have the right level to be elected, especially when everything has turned into corruption.
