After three decades of career, the judge of Tirana receives the bad news

The Independent Qualification Commission has decided to dismiss the judge of the Tirana Court, Marjana Shegani.

The trial panel of the Independent Qualification Commission consisted of Suela Zhegu, Firdes Shuli and Brunilda Bekteshi.

The Commission found a number of problems with the declaration of assets of the entity, including lack of legal resources for immovable assets, non-declaration of financial liabilities to related parties, as well as the negative balance in the analysis of resources for floating assets.

Meanwhile, the judge who has a long career of three decades in the Court of Tirana, was positively assessed in terms of purity of image and professionalism.
